If I was asked to recommend only one real estate book as the ultimate reference, I'd have to say it is impossible. There a many books devoted to sales training, business strategy and personal development that agents wanting to accelerate their careers would want to review and study.

Some of the bestselling authors are probably very familiar to you but many may not, yet they offer some of the best ideas and business strategies for accelerating your career.

You will want to build your own personal library of books and tapes ... slowly of course, and refer to them often. It is amazing how often you will find great tips and ideas from older reference books that, with a little tweak and update can be used today.
