There are many benefits to having a real estate coach. If you haven't given it much thought before, you might want to hear what we have to say on the subject.
However, if you're planning on hiring one ...
Here are some questions you should ask a potential Real Estate Coach before you open your wallet:
1. How long has the Realtor Coach been selling real estate, owning or managing a company?
2. Who is actually going to be doing the coaching: 'The Well Known Name' or an Employee?
3. How long has 'The Well Known Name' or 'Employee' been involved as a full-time Realtor Coach?
4. What is the process that the Real Estate Coach is going to follow?
5. How many people has the Realtor Coach worked with and how many are in their coaching schedule right now?
6. What is their 'real estate coaching' track record? Get the names of some people that have been coached so you can see the results.
7. What additional services does the Realtor Coach provide to support the coaching you receive?
8. What is the Coach doing to improve the real estate coaching process as the market changes?
9. What type of training is the Realtor Coach receiving and who is specifically training 'The Coach' at this time?
If you are going to get involved in hiring a Realtor Coach you are going to want the answers to these questions. Real Estate Coaches are everywhere: Local, National or International. Some are very experienced and some are not.
